I have been obsessed with Christmas music lately, ever since reading these entries of Eliza and Melissa about their holiday mixes, I have wanted to make one myself, the perfect Christmas mix cd.

Unfortunately, I ended up, with the dowloading and the cds that I already had and the great suggestions form my notify list (not all of the songs I was able to find, but I'm still looking!), with over 10 hours of music, that I managed, with great difficulty, to cut down to three cds, one of traditional songs, one of untraditional, and one of funny songs or unusually cheerful arrangements.

And here they are! I am very proud, so if you want to re-create them yourselves, or use them as inspiration for making your own mixes.

Of course I already read the great Pine Barrens Debutant, but I would like to particularly point out the greatest Christmas carol entry ever. I mean, honestly, who spends paragraphs ragging on the latter verses of Jingle Bells? And I didn't just find it so funny because I spent last night making Christmas mix cds.
