So I don't have a computer at home and my heart is breaking!!
My laptop is in the shop, as we all know, and my desktop has been getting full, so I wanted to put in another hard drive and more RAM, and by "I" I mean that I wanted the guys at work to install that stuff for me.
The head guy told me what to buy and where to buy it, and I sent him the specs before I did, and I got it last week, and then yesterday I brought it in. I was so excited! I would have enough room to install Hot Date! The Sims would run at a normal, non-crawly pace! Everything will be swift and strong and life would be worth living!
Until they told me that they couldn't put the hard drive in the computer, that it was defective. But no, it wasn't defective, it just wouldn't work with the system. Or, possibly it was defective and wouldn't work with the system! "But I bought what he told me to buy! He is a bad bad man!!!"
So they are trying to figure out what to do with my computer, and I couldn't bring it home last night and I was very sad!! I sat at my desk, wondering what the hell people with no computers did at night? And then I remembered, they slept!
So I went to bed.
