Annnnnnnnd birthday month begins! Tadaaaa!!!! Time to start planning the worldwide party that will begin on the 23rd! Hooray, hooray for August!!

So, last night's Hideous Error Made By Greta was a good one, because it was a bit that was easily surgically removed from the play without a pause or a twitch, some lines never again referred to in the course of the play, unlike at tech, when they had to dredge up the Methodist bit when they had skipped the setup.

I'm rather hoping that I'll see the entire script tonight, though.

O, and David, David, to whom I once said when I was trying to get him to be bigger and he did a Captain Kirk impression to show me what I didn't want, "There is a difference between William Shatner and Stephen Wright," ended up excising every bit of the emotion that I had made him add by dint of my hard uphill labour over these weeks, and was so completely blank that he got laughs at what should be a moving moment, because he just looked like a doll or a mannequin or something.

I cannot find it in me to care, but I am wondering how a man who clearly has made it his mission in life to hide every single thing he feels would want to be an actor?

How do you like the new design, by the way? I did a translation of everything through babelfish, and then called my mom to fix it. It was so funny, sometimes the translation was fine, and sometimes I would read it to her and she'd just start going, "Hee. Heeheehee. Heeheeheeheehee!" and I knew that babelfish had gotten it wrong again!

It really does suck an astonishing amount of ass!
