(The Mighty Kymm--you'll not see nothing like!)

4 April

It was so beautiful yesterday!

I have been walking around quoting John Belushi's "March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb" Weekend Update routine, the bit where he said "sometimes March comes in like a lion and goes out like another lion, one has a mane and one doesn't have a mane..." but yesterday was finally beautiful.

I started heading out the door, turned right around and flung open my windows to the max. I wouldn't be in the house all day, but there would be fresh air anyway.

While I was walking to work, I was hurrying, because The Raccoon wouldn't be there and I wanted to get there early, but I just slowed down and slowed down until I was strolling. It was so beautiful, hurrying was right out, it was as though a button was pushed, the Spring button, and everything just stretched out.

And I'm glad the I did, because I ended up not getting out of the office all day, not taking lunch until 7p. Right now they are saying that it will be 68° on Saturday--God, I hope so. I need to be in the backyard!!

Saw another movie and stuff, but I have no more time, not really, I have to get to work. I have to get out into today's version of yesterday's beautiful day. See you tomorrow!

O, wait, and as you can see, my whining for a design worked! I actually got a couple (and if anyone wants to send me more, please do, I'm always thrilled with contributions), but nice, reliable Saundra came through first, so here it is. Thanks, Saundra, you're a mensch!
