9 June Hi, ducks, not much of an entry today, I'm afraid. I worked last night until midnight (well, actually I broke for a rehearsal that didn't actually occur from 6p to 9p) and I brought my computer so that I could have a movie playing, only to discover that all of a sudden my DVD player doesn't actually work, popping "failed to initialize" and "hardware not installed properly" boxes at me, when the hardware was certainly installed properly enough the last 200 times I used it. Anyway, I want to be at work at 9a this morning, and it's currently 8.01a and I have to feed the cats and get dressed, so really, that's it, dolls. Go play in the forum instead.
O, by the way, Gerald is gone. But the last time I saw him, he wasn't huddled on the step, he was BOINGing around the step even before he saw me, and he looked really chipper, so I choose to believe that he finally managed to BOING into the air and he flew away.
Go read Lucy and Jessie, co-Journals of the Week! You'll love them, I know.
When I was about five years old, my father was directing Vincent Price in a radio play for a record album, and he brought him round to the house for dinner. According to the family story (I don't actually remember it happening), I took one look at Vincent Price and raced across the room, throwing myself into his arms and refusing to leave his lap for the entire evening. What's your coolest celebrity encounter?
