25 December Merry Christmas! Merry merry Christmas! Ho ho ho and mistletoe and kisses from pretty girls. And, after looking for twenty minutes, I cannot find that exact Charlie Brown Christmas quote, so that'll have to do! So yesterday was a nice Christmas eve, indeed. I'm sure it was, though I am now at a loss to remember what the hell we did. I know that we decorated the tree and watched Meet Me In St. Louis and wrapped presents and made bread pudding and watched A Christmas Carol and went to Midnight Mass and sang and sang and sang, though why all we ever get to sing is O Come All Ye Faithful and Hark! The Herald Angels Sing I'll never know, and then ate some bread pudding when we got home at 2a, which was Mom's idea. Other than that, though, I'm at a loss!
Gotta open presents now! You know why? 'Cause it's The Best Christmas Ever™!
