Well, the first day back wasn't too bad.

We have a really cute new temp, which helped make the day entertaining. The owner of said temp came into our room in the morning and told The Raccoon and I "You have got to come see my temp, he is so gorgeous!" but I was in the middle of something and forgot.

Later, I went into the mail room and this utter Adonis was making copies, and, as I was mopping up the drool, it occurred to me that this must be Cute Temp! The Raccoon and I are trying to figure out some permanent position available so that he can stay on longer.

I can think of one.

I had the most revolting pizza last night. I usually have Tombstone Pepperoni Pizza For One, but recently all they have at my grocery store are the little cheese ones or the great big enormous ones, so I grabbed a different brand, Freschetta.

Bleh! It seems that the big thing in frozen pizzas these days are big giant fat crusts, so every bite was mostly over-salted rawish dough, with a little bit of cheese and pepperoni on top.

Remember when you were a kid and you would make sculptures out of bread dough made of flour, water and salt? And you'd sneak a taste of it? It was kinda like that.

In watching N'Sync last night on Leno, all I could think was "You call those teen idols?" Shaun Cassidy, now that was a teen idol to scream about, not these monkey boys.

Or Alan Cumming on Conan afterwards. Yum.

More tapes! Three more tapes from Melissa yesterday! C'mon, you slackers, I'm greedy and want more. Feed me!
