Okay, this will be brief because I shot my wad writing the Metajournals article.
Yes! It was due yesterday and I wrote it yesterday! I was only planning on writing half, but I got on a roll and wrote and wrote and wrote. Of course, most of it willprobably be cut, since it is a joint article with The Journalist That Must Not Be Named and Renee and Amanda and I think that my bit alone was about twice the length as the whole piece is supposed to be!
However, I am out of words. So even though many interesting things happened yesterday, you're just gonna have to wait!
So yesterday morning I heard on the TV that Robert Young (Father Knows Best) had died. When I got to work they said on the radio that astronaut Alan Shephard had died. Later that afternoon they announced that Bob McAllister from Wonderama (one of my favourite shows when I was a kiddie--"Kids are people too, wacka-doo, wacka doo, wacka-doo!") had died.
Yesterday was a very dangerous day to be a celebrity, it seems. Deaths are supposed to come in threes, but who expects all three to be on a single day?
