I got a note yesterday from Jan saying that she was number 29,996 on my counter, so I quickly slapped up "Who's number 30,000?" on my page. I immediately got e-mails from #29,999 and #30,001 and even #30,017 for heaven's sake, but not #30,000!

People just don't follow instructions!

I decided to stay home from work yesterday, what with my sprained ankle and all, and sat on my butt watching Columbo and majorly re-doing my photo page, and I was very very happy until I remembered that I had rehearsal and it was too late to cancel.

Sigh...

So I dragged my carcass into town and rehearsed. Fortunately it was a productive rehearsal or I would have been hugely pissed.

Diane was kind enough to write and let me know that the only links on my Archive Index page are from April to August 1997. When I checked, though, it was just fine and everything was there. So, the reason that I bring it up here is to ask, is anyone else having this problem? There should be links from August 1996 to January 1998. If you find there to be less than that, let me know!

You know what bugs me? When people say about the term "alternative music" "Alternative to what?" like they're being all clever and everything.
