8 October Ahhhhh.... Finally, after not getting enough sleep for something like two weeks, last night I went to bed at (get this) 11.30p and got up at 7.30a! You know what that means? Eight hours, that's what that means! Let me re-iterate: Ahhhhh....
I wear these short capri pant leggings under my dresses because, well I don't really want to spell it out, but most people should be able to read between those lines, but they have some holes in them and I need to mail them to my Mom so that she can mend them, so yesterday I went to Bloomingdales. You see, there was a 25% off sale of all Calvin Klein underwear, and I thought that those sort of longish men's drawers are actually really similar to my capri pants, so I got a pair of those, and then I got two sleeveless undershirts in black and grey, a pair of pyjama bottoms (I guess boys don't wear jammie tops, but the bottoms were nice enough to get all on their own), and a striped t-shirt that isn't underwear by any stretch of the imagination--this is a shirt, and a pair of long black Joe Boxer leggings that no man would ever wear in the history of the world. Calvin Klein and Joe boxer seem to have a very bizarre view of what is underwear. That being said, though, I can't believe that I spent $102 on men's underwear for myself.
We're developing a new AP system at work, which is cool because our current system is DOS based and sucks bigtime, but in talking to the woman setting the sucker up, I found out that a completely idiotic thing has been planned. They are planning on having New York and California on one database and Phoenix on a separate database, which sounds reasonable, but sometimes a single invoice will need to be split between New York and Phoenix, which means that it will have to be entered twice. They're going to try to change that now. God forbid anyone who uses the system helps design the system...
Ahem. I think I'm going insane. I was walking down the street singing, as I am wont to do, for about twenty minutes before I realized that I was singing a a song about how pleased I was that it was Christmas day. I need slapping.
Welcome, welcome! Fah who rahmus!
