I am so totally not packed yet. I feel as though I have a giant block of marble that I have to carve into a statue but all I have is a pin. So I keep jabbing ineffectually at it, but with so little result that I might as well not be doing it at all.

Not to mention the never-ending asthma attacks from all of the dust.

I have a pretty strong feeling that at about 5 this afternoon I'll just grab a shovel and start flinging things into boxes. Because when it comes right down to it, it doesn't matter at all if things are organized, it only matters that they are in boxes.

I found a fantastic stats generator.

Inet-Images doesn't have any kind of decent stats, so I went searching for a good on-line version, and Stat Trax is it! It's $5 a month and you get a 14 day free trial, but I had only used it for about ten minutes before I decided to send them the money, because it's such a great system. Now I know that I have visitors from Malaysia and Finland!

One thing, though. I can't figure out how to set the referrals thing. So if anyone wants to be helpful and trundle over here and explain to me what the hell they're talking about with SSIs and everything, I'd really appreciate it.

I can't believe that I forgot Greg's birthday!

My ex, Greg, turned 34 on the 22nd and I completely bagged. As I wrote him when I remembered, my mind is so full of moving and painting and having phones turned on that I'm lucky if I remember to put shoes on.

So, happy birthday Greg, a little bit late!

Don't expect an update on Sunday until late, since I am moving the computer along with the cats this morning.

One year ago today:
I've seen myself in brown blusher. It's not a pretty sight.
