Forgot to say yesterday a couple of other things that helped me out of that very bad mood Wednesday.

First of all, I listened to Ani DiFranco's Dilate all day long. I must say, that song Untouchable Face is a fun singalong song, as is Amazing Grace, if you're a singer. Plus, I've been using that Denis Leary clip that Deb had on her site for my e-mail announce, and hearing him say "Whining fucking maggots" every time I got a letter was wonderfully cathartic.

After a day of Ani and Denis, I was good to go!

O, and then I went down to get my mail, and there was an envelope from Philip enclosing two $100 cheques that I had included in a bag I had given him a couple of days before and I had been going nuts looking for!

Good ol' Philip.

The other night on the Conan O'Brien show they were showing pretend 4th of July picnic pictures, and they showed a picture of him with his shirt on, and he said "I was a little shy about taking my shirt off, but then I decided to just go for it", and the next picture was him with his shirt off and covered with a giant spiny forest of bright red chest, shoulder and back hair, and Andy said "That's why they call you The Hedgehog!"

I just want to make it completely clear that that is NOT why they call me The Hedgehog!!!

Due to lack of competition, I was watching VH1 the other day, and there was a quiz that said:
