Happy New Year!!!!


I know, I know, you're supposed to take down the decorations on the 1st, but I don't feel like it yet. I'll change the background and all tomorrow.

So, I decided not to go to the Love Creek party last night, as I would have had to hang around the city for hours before I could go, and I didn't feel like it, so I just went home. At 11.50, I went out on the roof and looked at the sky and waited for midnight. It was so peaceful, and then midnight hit, and the fireworks began and the horns started blowing, and people were yelling out their windows. It was a great way to ring in the new year.

My New Years Resolutions:

I resolve, as I do every year, to lose weight. I really really am gonna do it this time (fingers crossed).

I resolve to keep this apartment clean. If I clean one room every week, then I'll clean the whole apartment every month. Of course, the living room is impossible now, but I'm really going to try.

I resolve to get the hell out of The Company That Must Not Be Named. I'm going to expand my manuscript reading and my photography to the point that it can support me and I no longer have to work at that hideous place.
