Well, it sure wasn't hard getting a seat on the subway this morning!
I absolutely HAD to get to work at 8.30, as I was opening up, and everyone else with keys was actually TAKING the holiday. It got there at 8.35, and I was feeling pretty chuffed, and I turned the corner and there were the CEO and the CFO standing in the hallway tapping their feet.
I stood there and looked at them and said "Why aren't you people home in bed?"
Recently, I was on the subway and I heard these two idiot boys talking.
One said "You know what I want? One of those Medic-Alert diabetes bracelets!" and the other guys said "Are you diabetic?" and the first guy said "No, but they look so cool!!"
More and more often I truly feel that everyone on earth but me is a total moron.
I think that commercial for the men's clothing line Options is too funny. You know "All the brown stuff matches, all the black stuff matches".
The subtext being "We know that men are too dim not to wear a brown vest with black trousers and blue socks, and we are here to help!"
