Well, yesterday was a red letter day! For me, that is.

In the twenty-four hours between Monday morning and Tuesday morning, I got over 100 hits. 107 to be exact.

Usually, when I get a bizarre number of hits, I say something like "Who ARE these people? Where do they come from? What's going on?" But this time I'm just clutching my hundred and seven hits to my chest and grinning like an idiot.

107...wow!

Yesterday, Bat Girl was talking to me at great length about a voided voucher that somehow exited my system but didn't exit hers, the General Ledger, and how terrible it was and how we really had to fix it, and all I kept thinking over and over again for the twenty minutes she was fussing over this was:

"I don't care. I don't care. I don't care."

And this has nothing to do with my relationship with Bat Girl, not one little bit. It's just that I really don't care!

I was on the phones yesterday, and Brian calls up and says "Hi Kymm!" in this really friendly voice, and I said "O, I get it, you only talk to me on the PHONE!" and he was very confused and hadn't the foggiest idea what I was talking about, and when I explained how he had publicly ignored me, he apologized profusely and said that he hadn't seen me and his head was so full of business crapola and he was REALLY REALLY sorry!

So, I thought, what the hell, and forgave him.

I know that all of my friends are going to be REALLY pissed off at me when I say this, but I'm so excited, I must!

My Mom called me the other day and told me that she had finished figuring out my taxes, and thanks to the earned income tax credit and the fact that I run a photography business at a loss, I'm getting a refund of $1,439!
