I've found that alot of my e-mail I've been getting lately say
"I've been reading your book."

So, these people are REALLY reading it if they know what to call it!

The new temp called Usha "Ersha" about fifty times, and Usha never corrected her, and if she didn't then I certainly couldn't. Personally, I'd rather be corrected than make an ass out of myself by saying "Ersha" all day...

Lab Corporation of America is on the floor beneath us, and I got a call the other day, and the guy said"

"Hi, I'm calling from Lab Corporation of America, and since your company is now one of our providers, and can you give me your address?"
And I said "Are you kidding?"
And he said "No, I'm not!"
And I said "But we're right upstairs from you!"
And he said "No, I'm calling from Lab Corporation of America in Anaheim, California."

Oops...
