18 September I saw Twelfth Night at the SAG screening tonight. Wonderful. I'll get the review up tomorrow, as well as the Eraser review. But especially Twelfth Night, what with it not being out yet. I mean, who cares what I have to say about a film that opened three months ago?
Well, Paris Then opened tonight. It seemed a bit slow, but we had about thirty people in the audience even with all that rain. And I got two laughs out of my five lines; not a bad percentage, I think.
Speaking of the rain, in Twelfth Night, Feste has a song that opens and closes the movie that goes "And the rain it raineth every day". Rather appropriate, I thought.
When I was at the subway station tonight, this group of little punk girls came up to me and asked if the N train was that way? I said yes, and they said "Thank you, ma'am." I wanted to call after them "I have a nosering! I'm no ma'am! Please tell me that I'm not a ma'am!"
