Just wanted to make certain that if anyone checked in before 2.30p on Sunday, I HAD updated the night before (truly!), but dopey old Angelfire flat out REFUSED to let me.

I walked past my church today, and, just as I was passing the open windows, I heard this huge burst of applause, and then the wedding Recessional.

Personally, I'm taking it as a good omen.

Laryngitis update: After my saying yesterday that it was never going away, today I'm just a little bit croaky, and no voice cracking! And, best of all, though my middle soprano ('round my break, for you singers out there) is a trifle iffy, my singing voice is back! Thank GOODNESS!!

And to celebrate, as I'm typing this I'm singing Paradise By the Dashboard Light.
