(The Mighty Kymm--you'll not see nothing like!)

30 October

I am so SLEEPY! I was going to go to sleep early last night, but first I was watching Jaws, and then I had to do all of my Marlboro Miles and my Pepsi Points, all of which have to be sent by tomorrow, so I didn't get enough sleep AGAIN!

The bit that gets to me the most in Jaws is and always will be where the guy is throwing sticks for his dog into the water, and then he's calling and calling and all you see is the stick floating in the water.

Luis is all mad at me, and I'm mad at him for being mad at me.

Yesterday, he said good morning, and I said good morning, and he made this obnoxious comment about how I never say good morning, I usually just grunt (which is of course, a joke in itself), and how he should write down this huge event that I actually said good morning, and I said that I usually didn't say good morning to him because I didn't like him. Now, this was a joke; it may not have been a really hilarious joke, but it was a joke nonetheless. For God's sake, if I REALLY didn't like him, I would NEVER have told him! I would have told everybody else! But anyway, ever since then he's been snubbing me, hard, so that I'd be certain to notice, like turning his back to me when he passes my desk, which is 50 times a day. I thought if I spoke to him, he'd snap out of it, but he didn't, and it's all really annoying, 'cause he's always been my friend.

But if he's going to hate me forever because of one joke, then good riddance, I guess.

('nother punkin)

After I wrote the previous, when I was so mad, I started to see the funny side. Which is the back of Luis's head. As I said, he passes by my desk constantly, and it is hilarious to see the different ways he manages to turn his back to me. Usually when going left to right the subtext is "Goodness me, what's going on in the kitchen?", and from right to left is "Goodness me, what's going on outside the door?", and, if he REALLY wants me to notice it's "Goodness me, what's going on on the blank wall behind Kymm's left shoulder?" and the second he's 'round the corner, I burst into giggles.

Got a note from my friend Vinnie that said:

"Anyway, I just went to your page, and was wondering.... maybe putting a pumpkin or two on your page for Halloween might help... :)"

I answered that the Xmas lights were going up next week.
