I was sitting at home last night watching TV, and suddenly I heard this noise from outside. I went to the window and listened. It was this roar from very far away, and horn honking and firecrackers, and then I heard it spread closer and closer, and I finally figured out that the Yanks must have won the Series.

I hate the Yankees from way back, as I'm a Dodger fan, but the Braves are the ones who beat the Dodgers in the playoffs, so I'm not thrilled with them, so, reluctantly, I say:

"Go Yankees".

Saw the premiere of Ink on Monday. I honestly couldn't tell you if the show is any good or not, 'cause all I saw the entire show was Ted Danson's bald spot shining like the sun.

I was walking to the store yesterday, and I saw a little girl dressed as a fairy princess and carrying a wand walking with her mother. As I passed her, she said "Make a wish!" and I said okay and did, and she waved her wand at me.

I figure what the hell, I've tried everything else...

Mayor Giulliani endorsed Bob Dole yesterday.
Jeez, he's sure jumping the gun. Why didn't he wait 'till the 4th?
