I got home from work last night at 7p and was SO SLEEPY that I was in bed and asleep at 7.30! Woke at 1a, had some dinner, and went back to sleep at 4a. Back up at 10a. I feel very wonky.

Hit #3000 has come and gone, and do you know what? She ACTUALLY told me so! I'm always begging and begging, but unless it's a personal friend who hits the number, I'm NEVER told! So, the great #3000 surfer was Christine Daae, and she's got a great page.

A breakthrough! Rude Boy at my job nodded at me when he came in yesterday!
I practically fell over. Usually he looks at me like I'm some kind of bug or something.

The strangest thing has been happening. I put a small picture of Randy Newman circa 1985 or so as wallpaper on my computer, and three people have said, after looking at it from a bit of a distance "Is that a picture of you?"

Now, admittedly, our hair is similar, though his is longer, and we both wear glasses and neither of us really have chins, it is STILL a picture of a 45-year-old MAN!
And I'm a 32-year-old WOMAN!

I could take it as some sort of sign, but I don't know of what!

Heard on the radio:
"I'm an Italian of Italian heritage..."
