My show opened on Friday, and a messier One Act Festival it has never been my misfortune to be involved with. We were told the wrong tech date and then no-one was running the tech and it was a mess and one of my actors is an idiot and then when I got there we found out that we would be performing in a COMPLETELY different space perhaps without a sound system but somehow they pulled the show out of their asses and it ended up really good.

I am now OFFICIALLY one of the great awards sluts on the net! Go here and find out!

Yesterday I had a Day of Beauty. Yeah, yeah, I know, why bother, but I felt like it anyway. I used the Henna Hair Wax and the Henna Shampoo Cream and the Rice Bran Body Scrub and the Pineapple Face Wash and the Parsley Mint Mask and the Mango Body Butter and the Peppermint Foot Lotion and the Honey Hand Cream and I felt terrific.

I do, however, smell like a very strange fruit salad.

Of course, the problem with the Mango Body Butter is that once you butter your body you are greased up like a Penthouse model and you have to stand motionless in the middle of the room for about fifteen minutes touching nothing until you manage to soak it all in if you don't want to stain everything you own.

I was in the supermarket and they were playing A Rose in Spanish Harlem, and I was harmonizing along with it, and I passed by this guy who was singing it too, so we were singing together, and then another guy passed by who was whistling it.

Had the song gone on for much longer, I have a feeling that we would have ended up doing a full-blown supermarket production number!
