I forgot Randy's birthday! It was yesterday, and I forgot!!
Happy 53rd, Randy, only a day late... Don't forget, NEW PHOTOS on the photo page!
Had a very nice Thanksgiving, thank you very much for asking. I made my bread pudding, to huzzahs all around, and went to Le's. Le is the managing director of Love Creek, and he always has the orphans with no family in the area over for Turkey Day. In past years, there has been as many as 35 people there, but after directing Pirandello I think he wanted a break from crowds. So there was just Le and Diane and Philip and Rebecca and Bill and Lisa Mackie and me. I was kinda hoping for Crush Boy, but I think his folks are nearby.
All in all, a most satisfying holiday. Hope yours was as nice.
I went to Macy's 'cause Clinique was having a secret promotion, i.e. free stuff with a purchase of $16.50, but they weren't advertising it. However, my friend Devin works for Clinique, and always gives me the rundown on what's going on. I never buy makeup unless I get something free with it, and was severely in need of blush and powder, so I raced over there. The free gift was Ripe Raisin lipstick, Honey Blush blusher (I still bought blusher anyway, 'cause this is teeny), Bronze Lilac Almost Lipstick (very sheer), Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion (my Mom loves this stuff; I'll give it to her for Xmas), Advanced Care Hand Repair, Daily Eye Benefits, and a really nice pouch. And I bought Pink Blush blusher and Matte Neutral powder, and this is about the girliest thing I've ever written in here.
What I want to know, is, why do people always try to sell me brown blusher? When I was at Macy's the other day, I had to INSIST on pink blusher. I am a pink person, I should wear pink blusher! But every time, it's like this tussle, just because pink blusher is unfashionable. I've seen myself in brown blusher. It's not a pretty sight.
