14 August Today, Mom and I went shopping at the World Trade Centre, and she bought me some room fresheners (not a hint on her part, I chose them), and then, tonight, we saw A Delicate Balance, an Edward Albee play about unhappy people, which could describe almost any Edward Albee play, but this one was extraordinary.
So, before the folks get here, I tell them "It's HOT HOT HOT!!!", but now they are here and it's "COLD COLD COLD!!!". I don't mind a mild summer, and I don't mind (too much) a hot summer, but do you think we could pick one and stick with it?
I think my father, a famously easy-going guy, is starting to get a little tired of all of the walking that he has to do in NY, as he's getting testy.
My folks have been in my house since Sunday, which means that I haven't had a cigarette since Saturday. AARRGGHH!!!!!
